about the boiler

The Boiler is the final boss of Sellbot Field Offices, debuting in an update for the Toontown Online fan-revival Toontown Rewritten on December 3rd, 2021.

Field Offices had a very long wait from reveal to release (2018-2021). I would explain it all in great detail, but we would be here forever. To put it VERY simply, it took multiple years of very tough development to get this update out.

While The Boiler themself has very few pieces of info related to their personality, and literally only one piece of dialogue (shown above), you can get a very clear idea of who they are. They are an incredibly firey, intimidating force, yet intelligent in their actions during battle, which is how they manage to be the strongest boss in the game by a long shot.

There is much more to be said about The Boiler, but deeper investigations into their character shall be kept to the "ramblings" section of this website.

about me

Oh god, time for MY thoughts!? I guess I could tell you a bit.

My first exposure to The Boiler was on the release night of Sellbot Task Force, December 3rd, 2021. It was basically love at first sight for me. Their design, animation, music, everything about it just... amazed me! The work of the TTR team is something I admire greatly and I would love to contribute to the game somday. I've met and talked with multiple staff members and they've treated me with nothing but kindness.

Back when I had created this website in 2022, I hadn't even completed a Field Office yet. I was simply not mentally prepared at the time to tackle bosses in Toontown Rewritten. But, this is not the case anymore! Under New Management's release in 2024 had finally given me the push to tackle all the bosses in Toontown Rewritten (I had been playing TTR since 2014 but only tackled the VP until this time ;_;), including a 1-star field office with some of my closest friends (as a trio!). While I had been practically staring at every one of their animations frame-by-frame and digging up every piece of content related to them, its something else to finally observe them in their natural environment with my own eyes. I gained a new appreciation for the love poured into this character.

Nowadays, I have completed many Field Offices, and I can get through most of them very comfortably, and I have made a decent amount of progress on the Sellbot Task Force's taskline. (I am currently working on getting my smasher badge as I write this. I am a very slow worker, sorry!)

The brainrot levels on this website only gets worse from now on. So, I hope you have fun with that.
